HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Reach out to us within 2 days of receiving the order. You can send us an email at customer-care@buzzeebabies.com, with your order details. We will send you our complete address for you to courier the parcel to us. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. We need to receive the returns within 6 days from the date of email communication. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will refund back the money into your card/bank account.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

In that case, please write to us at customer-care@buzzeebabies.com within 1 day of receiving the order. For our records, it is necessary to share a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. You will have to courier the parcel to us once we approve the defects as seen in the pictures shared by you. Once the product reaches us, we’ll conduct a quality check and replace the product for you or refund the amount into your bank/card account.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER

You can only make your return within 7 days of receiving it.

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

Once we receive your returned product in our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement product from our end and send an email notification to you.
